NEED To attract more visitors and boost revenue, the Pittsburgh Children’s Museum decided to expand their services and revitalize their National Historic Landmark building. SOLUTION Working together, we developed cost-effective strategies to dramatically enhance important spaces and improve functionality. A new entry and gift shop improved the museum’s image and boosted the gift shop’s sales, while numerous aesthetic and life safety improvements were made throughout: expanded classrooms, new café, new theater, and enlarged galleries.
